This Portal has been developed to facilitate Tax Payers to register their properties within the UT of Jammu and Kashmir and to pay the calculated tax for the registered properties.

For this purpose, the tax payer has to Sign-Up on this portal. Some of the instructions to sign up are as under:

Name, Email Address and Mobile Number Fields are Mandatory

Make sure that entered Mobile Number is active and in use

OTP is generated and sent to registered Mobile Number

Enter Valid OTP to Verify and Complete Registration

After verification has been done, Login to register property.

Pay Self Assessed Property Tax of registered property.
